Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect and why. It applies to this website and to our driver staffing services in Ontario.
Information we collect
From drivers: name, contact details, work eligibility, licence class, driver abstract, CVOR where applicable, employment history and availability. From clients: company details, contact information and shift requirements.
How we use it
To screen and verify drivers, match them to client shifts, run payroll, WSIB and source deductions, and communicate about assignments. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Driver details are shared with a client only as needed to confirm an assignment. We also use service providers for payroll, hosting and analytics, who process data on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting website analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand page traffic and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Retention and security
Records are kept as long as required for employment and tax purposes, then securely deleted. Our onboarding is fully digital, with access limited to staff who need it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask to stop receiving shift messages. Contact work@getdrivers.ca or call 289-800-4200.

We may update this policy as our services change. The current version is always posted on this page.
